What jizzmotron says is technically correct, but he mis-interpreted the imagery. You see the baby did not represent a literal baby, it represented her soul, and the man ripping it out of her vagina represents the every day man, and the blood represents semen. It wasn't meant to be taken literally, except for the part where the principal and teacher were making babies in the closet and I saw one of the babies and it waved at me.
