Ryan's altruism speech (long, no spoilers)
All relevant speeches in one ytmnd, slightly edited into a political speech. Included is the intro and his speech about marxism, the new deal and altruism. The original video was made by myself, too, see http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=qbI7gxxbYpo

Looks like you have some downvoters already :D I am looking forward to the left-wing ninnies bitch about how Roosevelt is compared to Hitler, Stalin, the Czar and the Pope. Be prepared for some silly namecalling.

mad dog=hypocrite "Be prepared for silly namecalling" .... "Left-wing ninnies" and using "bitch" instead of "argue" is another example of useless shots that does nothing to further rational discusion. As for this clip, this is nothing new...this is already an established philosophical arguement and adds nothing new.

Ha ha ha, if you're going to criticize someone, wouldn't you at least want to use proper grammar and spelling? For example, 'amirite' is not actually a word.

The references to "Atlas Shrugged" are so obvious. Bioshocks "Atlantis" compared to the Figurative Atlantis in Atlas. The same great people leaving society for the mentioned "Atlantis". Same philosophy, with miniscule variation.

Well, but it seems that the people in Rapture never got a lecture in philosophy but are only there because they excel in their profession. Instead of the short introduction, Andrew Ryan should have read John Galt's speech for 3 hours :)
