You honestly think PEZ is upset because someone make PEZ dispensors with Hitler and Charles manson heads on it, and is worried about defamation? Read between the lines. They're pissed because they know that it's funny content, and funny content on websites attracts visitors. Websites /generally/ make profit from having more people visit the site. PEZ wants a cut of the money Max is making from the advertisers because his users used their copyrighted idea in order to attract visitors.
