A gay little company that makes millions. It tried to sue an internet forum for comments made about its site. The forum/website then accepted donation to fight the lawsuit. If they had won. Free speech on the internet would of been irrevocably changed.

Evian, no it wouldn't have. First off, free speech isn't at risk here. That's when the US government tries to censure some group or person, not a private company shutting down a forum. Two, he probably tried to sue on grounds of slander or copyright infringement or whatever his lawyers could pull out of their ass.
