5 because my name is in the title but really a rather cancerous affair. Personally I was unmatched in my disdain for the hair bands of the 80s even once dismissing a friend who made me listen to Guns n Roses over a year before they made it big because they just looked like another 80s metal hair band to me. I'm wrong about stuff sometimes.
I was into Men At Work, Floyd and Townshend then. Then I started smoking weed and was introduced to the music of Led Zeppelin and my disdain for the crap was solidified even more.

One thing I remember was I couldn't really distinguse lead guitar. I knew what one was but it was synths and crap so I couldn't tell the difference until the weed and Zeppelin. And yeah then I went back to Floyd now on drugs and could tell the difference between Gilmore and the rest of the noise. And so on.
