However, the customer service dude stated quite clearly 0.002 CENTS. 1/5 of a penny is 0.2 Cents

According to Verisons own representative, The same math plugs into 72 cents.
It's the same as Me saying "This PS3 costs 599 US dollars." The guy who checks the thing out says "This PS3 costs 5.99 US dollars."

FYI, for the people who said the guy should just shut up and pay his bill, actually the opposite happened. Also, Verizon COUNTS ON their confusing rates. It isn't an accident. Thats why they charge '$0.002/kb' rather than say, '$2/MB' which is clearly f*cking expensive.
