When I see the rating and the views of this website, it sickens me to my core. It's the people who are actually not willing to settle and downvoting this piece of sh*t that helps restore my faith in what decency is left of YTMND. I miss the days when sites that were worth viewing got top view spots.

With a little thought, I can see how this can be a pretty confusing topic right there, on the spot, with the pressure of a waiting customer. Technically, you should be right, Pilcrow. It's a small error that can go a long way. It's unacceptable that these telemarketers didn't already know the answer but understandable as normal human beings.
you realize you dont have to know math to know this...the person does a pretty good job of explaining it to them. when they say "you understand a dollar and a cent, half a dollar half a cent, .002 dollar and .002 cents" that should have clicked in their heads. anyway, this is absolutely f*cking hilairous. 5
I give you props for challenging the system...... but pay the bill. I mean, challange away and in fact, start a petition. Sadly enough in the long run, all they're going to do is change the sign and tell people $0.002. But if you do that, you can make a wiki about yourself and say, "I made Verizon change their sign!" and the world will be happy and small children in ethiopia can eat. You get a 5 from me.

Wow, that must have been frustrating; talking to CSRs (and their manager) who didn't understand the difference between Dollars and Cents. I woulda told the CSR to write the numbers down on paper with the words CENTS and KILOBYTES written down next to all the figures he was calculating, then read it back to me lol. It's always entertaining when somebody is arguing an incorrect point for a few minutes and then realizes their own dumb mistake.
"thanks for upvoting this, now we have two slots on the top viewed that will be permanently taken up by sh*tty stolen phone calls". The upvoting here is not the cause of this site getting so many views, it's the buzz it's getting OUTSIDE of YTMND that's getting this site and HTPAT so much traffic. If YTMND had a way to allow a site to opt out of appearing in the most viewed list without deleting it, I'd activate it. But I'm not deleting a site many like because some people think it and I suck.
