Max, the only downside to the new voting thing is the sites you can plainly see are offensive/graphic/porn/ screamers/ect, FROM THE PROFILE & ThUMBNAIL PAGE, You are forced to open & view it in order to kill the site... where as before, these sites could be easily killed before they got anywhere. Since this isn't an option anymore, PLEASE impose tougher penalties/deletions/banishments to the users who post such stuff.

I dig the stare decisis, but the YTMNDs listed in the complaint don't bear the same disclaimers, which I would latch on if I were a lawyer for those Scientologist freaks. That said, the disclaimer Max put up should keep the main site up, but if this is the only defence we can mount, I see all the named YTMNDs being deleted.

Yeah, show all of the people you've downvoted so that max can delete and fix all the damage you've done. I like your sites usually, but unless someone actually insults you while making an *ss of themselves in the process, do not make a ytmnd out of it. it makes godwin unhappy, and makes you the f*ggot.

I still dont think you should delete this site though. Its probably my favorite site on YTMND. The cosby fad was pretty funny, but c'mon, it dosent deserve to be the top of the Hall of Fame. Maybe Max should make another page of HoF so then it can fit in other great sites like Picard and such.

Actually some of you are being jerks on the forum topic. I'm half-inclined to delete both my YTMNDs about the issue (one of whcih started the whole deal) simply because I don't feel like having Max POed at me because he has to waste a day arguing with an orangutan about laws which have no application on the anarchy that is the internet. Still fiving this though because the guy's a dumbass for giving you guys a blank check to spam away.

ATaghavi, actually he made quite a few. a hacker got into sh*ttyMcsh*t's account and deleted everything because he didn't like the Picard Song, so max re-instated just this site in all its glory
