actually, i am basing all of this off what i have seen of your sites (a lot, since you make tons). The sites i see are either loud noise sites, spam sites or refurbished fad sites (like this one). All based off fact.

No. While I support any effort to promote foods of plant origin over those of animal origin, one nutrient that plant-based foods can provide that animal-based foods can't is fiber, and eating more bread won't provide that unless it's whole grain.
