Well, I am glad that you are nice to at least a couple people here. I'm sure Kekko and dascoot are great people. I personally am not familiar with them. I know pohandle on facebook - he seems okay. He handled a disagreement we had relatively well in terms of not getting emotional or relying on personal attacks.<br /><br />With all due respect, your standards for people seem pretty high. I can only recall one moral problem I actually had with him, and that was his gobacktomexico.ytmnd.com site, which was using racism to attack someone. Especially since what I know how that kind of issue is hormonal based and can't really be controlled by the person. From what I understand, the orientation of a person is driven before birth. 1. They can. There is a misconception here because YTMND lists the length of mp3 files incorrectly. Now, for shorter sound files I normally use wav's just because, but for a site of this length an mp3 should have no issues. What you most likely saw was your editor doing anti-aliasing, which GIFs don't like on their transparencies, hence white border. Remember that gifs are palette based, so they should have all one color for the transparency. Yes and no. A quick conversion you can do for the wav you've got is make it mono, which will half the file size without much noticeable difference. You can also reduce the sample rate from 44100, which will reduce the size again (but can cause a difference in the way it sounds.) Converting to 22050 and making mono got your wav down to 1.26MB (I used audacity.) Sound files aren't compressible usually, without changing the format.<br /><br />2. That someone in a remote village may be an expert on electronics compared to the other villagers there, but if he were to head to New York City, there might be thousands of people who are better there?
