Max is so smart. When he said that he'd be deleting all of the "ebaum" ytmnd's, he basically told you knuckle-heads to change the titles to "e-baum". Max is appeasing ebaum and us at the same time. We should all sacrifice kittens to him...wait I don't think supercat would approve...

Max, I don't see a reason for personal sites. I mean who makes a YTMND for your own personal enjoyment. BTW if your implementing a system that sites will be deleted if they are rated too lowly I think it would be quite a fun time waster to go to a site death row and see sites that will be destroyed within 24 hours.

a lot of these ideas are good, max. they really are. there's just a lot of flaws to them that users can exploit. for example, any group of terrorizing downvoters could easily get a site deleted by anchoring it below 2.5. with that feature in place, you're giving more power to the downvoters, at least over the "free users." i'm also not too crazy about the moderation idea. while it does sound like something useful to filter out the bad sites early on, it makes creating a new site a bit of a hassle, and the feature could also be badly abused by downvoters.

Max at 255 - Genius! Fad lists - Genius! Fixing the damned cookie issue - HALLELUJAH! Auto-deletion for over 50% of sites = Phail. 2.5? Honestly, even Newgrounds isn't that strict on what gets through. Keep EVERYTHING that's legal.

(sh*t, they were ment to be on top of each other..) Now for advice! I don't agree with the deleted if under 2.5 feature. Private messaging (PM), better profile pages, and Help & FAQ page are urgent features. A LOT of new boxes on the first page would be nice. More fieds on users' YTMND list (e.g.: Date) User's favorite sites should be, obviously, sites 5'd by the user AND the ones with the most visits. Maybe a comment page (like a Guestbook) for each user, on a second thought, maybe not, because it would be subject to heavy spamming or chatting. And perhaps the most importantly of all, a real-life picture of the mysterious "max".

Max, I think that deleting sites with a low vote could cause trouble. If person A doesn't like person B, then person A can have all of their friends 1 star person B's site. (I hope that wasn't too confusing.) Also, I think it'd be a good idea to allow non-paid members the ability to edit their comments; I hate it when I miss an error and can't change it. Also, would it be possible to allow a "never log-out" function? I don't know about everyone else, but it'd make my YTMND experience a lot easier. Thanks, Max!

For reference, my previous comment was referring to the "other option" that Max discussed. The 2.5 score/100 views/10 votes thing is way too oppressive. Some very controversial websites (i.e. jfkpatriot.ytmnd.com) receive low votes but should not necessarily be deleted.

everything sounds good max exept for aouto deletion cuz i like my sites but they dont get rated too high and my friends thinky theyre hilarious so thats the only bad thing

That took about an hour to read...I think its pretty clear what the public thinks Max; no moderation, no auto-deletion, and re-think the paid users idea.

cool updates, but keep the limited characters to 256 not 512, that way people cant post "MAX IS A JEW" several hundred times in size 72 pt font. also the site creation idea with the deletion (of less than 100 view or > than 2.5 is a great idea)

Max, there is one thing that needs to be addressed. Habitual Downvoters/Up Voters. In order to prevent abuse of a potential delete by low ratings system, there needs to be some sort of weight to a vote. Similar to what Newgrounds employs, to avoid people making accounts for downvoting/upvoting, by making newbie votes worth less, and YTMND veteran votes worth more. Also have some sort of 5 or 10 vote limit of any one type of vote, for a certain period of time. This will prevent a user from making too many 1 or 5 votes within a certain length of time. Finally, there needs to be some final review of a site by an unbiased/non 12 year old admin who'll seriously consider the truth of the matter over a rating.

The "hand-picked administration staff" under an auto-deletion system would be the completely objective and unbribable server that Max has running for YTMND. There's way too many sites for human beings to review and delete.

Max, take a look at how many Peppers sites are being made anymore. Probably more this month than in the entire history of YTMND. Just think of all the space and bandwidth you'd save with one quick batch delete

The real problem is Whites. f*ckin honky-asses thinkin they the sh*t, when they aint. Max should delete all accounts belongin to dem vanilla dudes.

That is why the account gets deleted after 2 days, and those votes get deleted, hence nothing bad. (also, max could just disable voting with those accounts) Are you people retarded or something? Max, it sounds like you are saying you are allowing people to have 2 accounts.... that cant be right, can it? Alts are just used for making trouble without repercusions to the original user name or used for cheating. Delete all alts, and give the original a long term ban. just my opinion,
