Honestly, now's the time to stop. Any way you look at it, YTMND "won," so don't push it. If you wanted his site to be disrupted, it was. If you wanted to harass him personally for some reason, well, he "had to hire security," so mission accomplished. Not saying he didn't deserve it, and not saying he doesn't deserve to be f*cked with because he's a piece of sh*t, but quit doing stuff that puts a spotlight on Max and this site. If you're willing to risk yourself, go nuts. Just don't f*ck it up for everyone else. It's funny, really. Apparently, no one told him to take that page down, so he kept it up even to this day because he... didn't know you wanted him to take the page down? I'm sorry, but since when does being a millionaire make you ignorant as a f*cking rock? Max, if he wants to make this a legal matter, then let's go after him for content theft. We have the creator of the lohan gif here and he's also made a ytmnd saying that he did not submit it to ebaumsworld. There's your case right there.

This won't even go to court. Prosecutors won't touch this one cause Ebaum's hands are just as dirty by what he did with the hidden code to SA. So unless he wants to get smacked too, he should knock it off. And I doubt that the FBI will really pursue this. It would be a complete waste of their resources. They probably won't even put a whole agent on this case, just one who does this half the time and the other half he is the janitor.

Max, that was so beautifully handled. I can understand you wanting to work with them to end this petty waste of everyone's bandwidth. It does, as you said in your first notice about this "war", set a bad precedent. No one wants an unstable internet where major sites are crashed left and right because everyone pings all over en masse. I can see though this one put you over the edge and I applaud you for standing up to this bully. I could have and would have said the same things, but I would be dismissed as an immature cronie. The problem with people of Mr. Bauman's mentality is that he has his opinion of you set before he even speaks to you. As long as users can still access unauthorized content from his servers, ebaum has not complied.

You can not be held responsible for the actions of YTMND members unless you directly tell them or encourage them to harm this pathetic excuse for a piece of horse sh*t. It was also groups like Newgrounds, Something Awful, Adult Swim, GameFAQs, 4chan, KNova, Fark, LUE, LivingWithStyle, D-Day and LUElinks.

I want to know which kids thought it was funny and smart to go and send death threats--way to dig the grave, fellas. Just because eBaums is a site that profits on dishonesty does not mean that measures of that extent are necessary. Still, I'm so impressed that so many people decided that they were fed up with the injustice, and, finding no help--especially from the legal system--decided to try to remedy. Too bad vigilante-work never gets anywhere. =\ But bravo to Max for standing up for his rights--you really did have nothing to do with this, and you stick by it.
