this is in the hall of fame because it plays upon two major fads. One, Conans antics and odd motions that have constituted much humor in YTMND culture.
Second, upon the classing old school game "mike tysons punchout" where they spoof little mac's trainer having him being said to be stealing the bike instead of riding infront of mac as he should.
After much fad continuation on part of both of these fads, it has grown to be a very humorous part of YTMND culture.
Not to sound like a textbook, but that explains it. The wide audience liking it like this makes it part of the hall of fame due to its simplicity of actually combining the fads and making them into real life persons.
So, in otherwords, everyone likes it and u dont. so quiet down lil boy and chill. the preteen comments are comin from u sir.
