It's up to a mod to put it in NSFW - and it's not always reliable - I've some sites get put there inexplicably, and then other sites go unnoticed, even if I myself hit the NWS tab. (that just flags the site for a mod to check)

Thing is, for votes, you don't really want to be in YTMSFW - it gets a tiny tiny fraction of the traffic that the main page does.
