Uh, not exactly. The world cup was live. They could have taken it right from the cup, and we can never prove they came to YTMND. Something like Lindsay Lohan is easier to prove because it's the exact same thing, but this doesn't work.

That Dastardly Ebaum steals again. And yet puts a watermark on a live televised event? Damn, The next thing he'll put a watermark on is on some freakin' logo or something. Then He'll be screwed.
