If nobody else has already, I took the time to contact the original author on YouTube...and I'm waiting for a response. While I don't think this is a 5-star YTMND by any means, hopefully I can help clear up the "stolen/not stolen" controversy (of which I'm on the side of this IS probably stolen). And for everybody bitching about the downvoting....just about everybody who has, HAVE provided a reason.
Those of you that are so nosey you'd make it your business to see a ytmnd go down (not that id care if it made it to 1/5, it's still on the top 15 and I'm happy). Keep downvoting it if it makes you sleep at night. ------- Sorry for all the people that did like it and 5'd, this is an example of the dirt that flows around YTMND. These people just don't like seeing others succeed, so they find problems to bring them down. Sad.... Just enjoy the f*cker while it's here.

YTMND has more stolen content than ebaumsworld or any other content site on the yet. hundreds of thousands of sites with random images taken to make YTMNDs. k let me clear this up. Yes, this is stolen, but who cares, its his first YTMND!!! I think its amazing for a first ytmnd to get in the top 15, let alone 2nd. Ebaums world steals, AND makes money off of it. He doesn't make any money by posting it here. Thats the difference. So I say, legal, but understand people here hate ebaums world, and they hate it when you steal crap from other sites. I don't mind it, but ppl here are pretty mean. Great site btw, I 4'd it.

Now all the ebaum trolls can come here and go "ZOMG YTMND STOLE FROM US" when its obvious that an "ebaumer" came here to make YTMND look bad.Read in between the lines.
Also forgot to mention, yes, ytmnd's one weakness, is plagarism. But again, spinoffs are ok. As long as you don't completely steal someone else's work, then your fine. But you did source it now, so your fine. Although I would consider citing you-tube instead, as primary source documentation. People are harder on this on these kinds of things, especially since its made its way up here.
People, the problem with ebaums is that the guy makes money off of other people's work without thier permission. Citing isnt nearly as important on ytmnd because Max isnt making money off of these things and people are just showing off funny things. If someone sends you something funny through MSN or whatever, you dont jump down thier throat sayng "WTF, YOU DIDNT SITE THE ORIGINAL AUTHOR! BURN IN HELL!!!" You laugh and go on with your lives.

People are so f*cking pathetic. Their jealousy is so evident even through thier typing. Shut the f*ck up people, no one cares if he stole it or not, he said he made it and take his f*cking word for it. Youtube cannot edit current content, so that means he'd have to take it down and put a new one up, and suprisingly enough, he can just edit it for himself and rehost it. Just take his word for and shut the f*ck up, stop being jews.
To the morons that are sticking up for this twat... if he woulda just credited youtube and said "original on youtube, I thought it'd make a good ytmnd", I'm sure he wouldn't have had a f*ckin' problem, and I'm sure he'd still be top 15, because it's one of the better dew-ish sites lately. Instead, he tried to claim it as his own work, was proven wrong, and now looks like a littlebaum. Steal less, cite more.

Difference between ytmnd and ebaums is that we (most times) credit authors. Let this be a lesson to everyone - cite your sources accurately and completely!
