at least Whetstone stood for something. he took a side and fought for it. you don't have the balls to do that. because you know deep down inside your puny heart that if you were to take a stand, yoru viewpoint, no matter how solid you believe it to be, would be subject to the same amount of criticism and scrutiny from the other side. the real conclusion that nobody seems to want to accept here is this: science and logic can't even begin to wrap themselves around the concept of an almighty God.

In a way science has no foundation seeing as someone started by saying something like 1+1=2, but there is more science to prove that theory as there is anything proving the existence of a god. Basically that's cool, seeing as there needn't be any arguments for faith, but don't go loading that crap on others. I support this YTMND more that Whetstone's. I like the discussion though.

Well, I do not think this site was needed to explain Whetstone's logic holes...however...Einstein said that they're had to be a god (see Spinoza-1632), based on his views of the scientific method (skeptical, yet open-minded) and how he viewed the organization of existence around us. That said, I am not going to bother with any church, religious recruiter, or YTMND (for God's sake *zing!* why would people determine religion on YTMND), and instead, lead a good life, and know that man kind is infinitely small in comparison to everything else, and keep and open mind, as did Einstein.
