know the best solution....if some noob 9 year old is trying to piss off everyone on a site, dont post on their sites. infact, dont even vote on em. if they see like 3 of their sites sittin there collecting dust and they havent been messed with, they will most probably leave cause no one gives a sh*t bout them. but then again you will always have that 1 hothead that will post & vote.
