i 1 sites that deserve it. and 99 percent of everything in recently created at 4am is trash. Use your brains, giving sites a 1 doesn't give mine a 5, and it doesn't give it more views. Where's YOUR super awesome site? If mine are so gay and you can't get in the top 10, what's that say about you? If you don't like mine then move along.
You seem to be forgetting that criticism is not leveled at the critic, but the subject at hand. If everyone was to say "Yeah, but what have YOU done?" then no progress would ever be made. This idea has been done before. 1'ing sites to bump yours is low and sign of low confidence in your site, irregardless of any justification you give. I don't like it, and neither do some others. Take it or get the f*ck off of this site.
Once again for the hard headed, I did not downvote to get on the top 10. Look at the sites I gave 1s to, they deserve 1s. If they were truely as great as you are carrying on about, THOSE sites would be in the top 10. My singular vote of 1 did not magically throw them to the wayside and skyrocket mine to the front page. To continue with this line of reasoning is beyond absurd. Just move on, doesn't matter if a vocal minority hated this site, there were far more who liked it, otherwise it would be rated lower
You just broke the "Michael Bolton" rule, thereby proving everything I immediately assumed about you. Michael Bolton is wildly popular. And he sucks. Clay Aiken, Fergie, David Hasselhoff, John Tesh...need i go on? And yes, your 1s did hurt those other sites (I watched you do it, dumbass. Lie all you want about your intentions) as they coincided with someone else doing the same thing.
