Well for a start I hate the idea of using a compressed archive format for storing a couple of already compressed files. But maybe something like that could be used, some adaption of an existing format.
Washington wasn't a Republican or a Democrat or anything else. He didn't like the idea of political parties. He was the only president to be elected unanimously (twice). Jefferson would be a better choice, or Jackson, or FDR, or Truman, etc.
Nice, I've got 7.1 speakers and it works well, in fact so well that it's a shame the sound doesn't sync up after a couple repetitions! You ought to fix it.
