The Pin says "Oshi" stems from the japanese word for support. A common term is "Oshimen" Which is a contraction of "OSHIteru MEMber" which literally means the "member I support", and more commonly as "my favorite member."

Sorry if the pics a little small, I had to make it so that you could be able to move the pin over each person. I found that with the bigger pics, I couldn't hover the pin over everyone because I started hitting the sides of my screen.

Shoujiki Shogi is a segment of AKB48's variety show, AKBingo! In this segment, 2 members faceoff against each other, asking personal questions to each other while hooked up to a lie detector. The answerer is required to say "no" each time in responce to each question. Each time the lie detector spikes is a point for the one who asked the question. 3 points to win the match.
