As Your Honor can clearly see from exhibit A, photos 8-12, the damage to the upper frame and windshield is consistent with a Shoryuken, not my client's Sonic Boom.

I think that scream was used in a Mountain Dew commercial from the late 90s. I'm pretty sure... that was a long time ago after all.
