Also note that colluding to purposefully slow down sites is illegal under current laws, this NN law would just make it illegal to buy more priority (which is the same effect as buying more connections and bandwidth). Sites in another country take longer to load, the net is NOT neutral.

The first amendment says "Congress shall make no law", You have zero rights to be given a platform. Net Neutrality is a law that prohibits managing data more efficiently with your own technology. dunesw64 is right.

End should be adjusted. Full Lumbergh speech was better and Neo quote should have the long pause edited down. There should be another Neo quote to put in after 'coming in at 9'.
