Not only that, but urine and feces are stored together and dyed blue from the toilet fluids. Andddddd they would have shattered on impact with the ground/person.

If there was a leak in the plane and it was truly cold enough to freeze urine instantly like that before it separated into multiple droplets, then the hole in the plane would eventually have frozen all of the liquids vital to the plane's function also. IE: Plane goes bye-bye
