Yup that about sums it up for the night, I guess I'll go do something like sleep, it is about 2:00 am hooray what a waste of time woopee why am I still typing this stuff, I swear sometimes I wonder if I'm mentally ill well then talk to you later Falcon176, and have fun until then coming up with a good argument against me, because the more thought that comes out humanity the less likely we are to lead to our own destruction through silly mistakes :)

Oh yes my greatest mistake was saying "true insight" because that is not the word in this language that correctly portrays what I meant, what I meant to say was Carl Sagan's insight and perspective on reality, not however the little stuck-up atheist jackass related his rediculous views to Carl Sagan.

When you read these comments tell me-what do you do in your spare time? I highly doubt you sit on your white copper pedestal every hour of the day, because unfortunately all I could pull from your response was that you were thinking the same thing as I, but you just didn't like it more and you got agitated that I threw the word pity onto my statement because of an arrogant air I had taken due to having just proved an atheist *ssh*le wrong.

For you see, you and I are on the complete opposite ends of the spectrum, I sing german waltzes, and many other classical songs, I'm not very creative when it comes to ytmnds, and I am extremely analytical which is how I have come to develop multiple political theories based upon the ideas of John Locke

The difference between what you and I did is a difference of knowledge of the matter and the amount of adrenaline that resulted from watching the site, when commenting on that site not only did I state that he was wrong, I proved both his endall quote and his stupid view to be incorrect through countering it with fact. Whereas you made this site which is a little less well thought out. When proving someone wrong don't try to get them angry with some kind of insult because that doesnt help convince them

hoowee its been a long time but anyways, yeah that "insight" I mentioned, I agree that the atheist *ssh*le did not have any insight at all and in fact did exactly what you said he did, he slapped his beliefs onto a quote. In fact I would be quite surprised that I even made that comment on this site, except that I thought you were thinking something completely different, biased, and obnoxious, which at least is partially incorrect.

FOR GODS SAKE WHY ISN'T THIS SITE'S RATING HIGHER, HAVING THIS SOUND FILE INSTEAD OF THE ORIGINAL SOUND FILE MAKES THIS SO MUCH MORE HILARIOUS THAT SOUND FILE REINFORCES THE IDEA THAT CRANKY IS LONELY, WHO GIVES A DAMN WHETHER OR NOT IT'S FAMILY GUY, DOWNVOTING FAMILY GUY IS LIKE DOWNVOTING A FAD, EXCEPT FAMILY GUY IS POSSIBLE TO BE MADE INTO A SITE AND FAMILY GUY HAS SUCH A WIDE RANGE OF THINGS IT CAN BE APPLIED TO THAT IT PRODUCES MORE CRAPPY SITES, THIS SITE HOWEVER IS NOT CRAPPY

This isn't god awful, if you think about it, this was painted by somebody who really likes john basedow. I think this is better than some of the mind-numbing schlock that the majority of higher rated sites are made from. Sure that schlock is hilarious at first, and with so many people throwing on twists another funny one comes out every once in a while. Seriously I'd give this an 5 for originality (and don't say that using a family guy quote isn't original, because the quote actually applies = orginality)

Oh yeah btw Carl Sagan may be an atheist but he is also a realist which is where the view of his quote is coming from, with a few atheist twists thrown in here and there.

wow way to show the decay of the mind, bored by true perspective and insight, you must not care for much, pity

LOL after watching this again i realized i reallllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllly want to play Spore, that game pretty much proves Sagan's point from beginning to end (although there is no end).

I can't bring myself to vote on this site because all Lave did was point out that atheists are not stupid just like everyone else in this world (except for the stupid people) hehe, and its always fun to see how incomprehensible how big the universe is. I wish i was smart enough in the world of ytmnd site making to make a site about my views, but im not. but feel free someone to do this, because its nice to put my $.02 in even though i doubt Lave or anyone else will get this far down on the comment list lol

Thus in conclusion I believe that Atheism is simply a modern view of NOTHING just as religion is a medieval view of NOTHING, which is what Sagan says as well, i guess i pretty much agree with him lol

as the next Holy roman empire it signified the recover from the total dark ages. Thus Europe progressed into the renaissance where religion began to come into question. It was at this point in my opinion where religion lost its purpose almost entirely, and the many art works which make the Renaissance seem like the peak of religion exist solely due to the beautiful minds of the Renaissance guided by the church.

The loss of religions use can be proved through the difference between the medieval ages and today. In Medieval times, just after the fall of the Roman Empire, almost all science and logical thinking was lost. Thus the dark ages began, a time without safety shelter or anything to guide anyone or give hope. But then people began to gather together and form working economies, slowly recovering. Christianity began to take hold with the Carolingian dynasty of France, and with the "crowning" of Charlemagne

In relation to other comments on this site i feel that many of them are quite narrow minded in simply picking apart peoples comments. I myself am a Roman Catholic because i was raised that way and its nice to cling to some idea of how people are guided. But I believe that atheists are simply more modern than any other "belief" as religion existed solely to explain the world around us and provide moral law and in this scientifical world of today, religion is losing its use.

When people are cruel or prejudiced it is because some one is different and therefore a threat to a person's genes, the more alike they are the less of a threat they are. Often people are cruel to others because they wont accept their ideas, also because they threaten their genes. I may have completely miscommunicated what i meant and that may have made no sense what i just said. :)

I've got to say that the way that Sagan refers to how humanity views itself in relation to the universe is completely rediculous, our "feelings" in comparison to the universe is incomprehensible, and therefore why bother to compare them to it? Human feelings were developed by evolution so that our genetic information may survive, and for that purpose only. To become "supreme" ruler simply means that a person is trying to spread their "ideas" which are an extension of their genes.
