He's right. A simple search that includes "frozen urine" "spear" "impale" "English woman" etc. will get you your answer. I didn't have any luck finding that particular picture but the descriptions I've read and the improbability (unbroken, still frozen though she's long since white, etc) lend itself to a comedy program[me].
I reserve fives for great Dew Army, but combining so well two of my favorite shows tempted me. It's too bad you could only manage images requiring subtitles but you can only work with what you've got, right?
Wasn't that Stereotype Olympics covered by Dave Chappelle a few years ago? He had the racial draft and I seem to remember this other bit where he had a Mexican, an Asian, a black person, and a white guy compete. One of the challenges had to do with who could steal a television the quickest--or something like that. Does anyone else remember? I wouldn't call this part of a fad because it was made by Dr.-L337 and therefore about Dr.-L337 (whoever the frak that is) and not other users. But yes, this does rock! Without Dirk Benedict there isn't a ladies(') man on the ship anymore though Kara still gets around.
I don't think it's the WOWness that bugs people as much as the near incomprehensibility of some of these inside-jokes. These are all over YTMND it's just that they almost never make it into top-viewed because those have to have mass appeal (or luck). But WOW does. I'm an RTS (Starcraft, Warcraft II, III) kinda guy so I don't get them, but I also don't mind either.
This used to be a lot higher. It most certainly is epic however considering that Adam had only just days ago received two bullets in the chest and stomach.

What sorts of shows do you like then? I'm sure it's either crappy and obscure anime or Grey's Anatomy. Guaranteed. Great graphics and intricate plot devices incorporating sci-fi with drama. So STFU and watch what has been called by critics nationally published periodicals, "The best show on television."
And Puck in Gargoyles, Professor Okun in Independence Day, the Frenchish ostrich rancher in Dude, Where's my Car?, and the guy with the stop watch in Phoenomenon...to list a few without IMDB. 2'd for failure, yada yada yada.
