It's obviously photoshopped, because those signs aren't individually lit. At best, it's backlit, in which case it wouldn't do that...

Punisher is a f*cking douche... He 1'd my site leaving a comment that I stole his audio-- I left this comment for him: "Audio Credit my ass, dipsh*t.. You put together a loop and claim it as your own 'edit'?
