tv media news has many things omitted for time and editing, the best and truest wide-spread paper is the wall street journal, but sometimes they are shady, but better than the others the only better one would be their local paper in their town

booshua in this case the reason it was found as attempted murder is because of two things 1. it was premeditated and know evidence was found of a provoked attack by the victim, sorry he might have done it but that is the courts ruling. 2. It was deemed as a lynching because of the circumstances that they targeted ONE victim, and didn't start a brawl with all the other kids involved.
