Well considering JK Rowling (or whatever her name is) was homeless before she wrote the books, I think she may have bad grammar :p Also, this could be a manuscript scan in which case you could still have grammatical errors because it is still an unfinished copy. Not to mention most of the quotes you provided are dialog which doesn't have to be grammatically correct. I'm not saying its real, but if it is I want you to suck my american c*ck
