In principle, its not stealing if its watermarked. Watermarks are there so that if someone takes it or uses the image or gif, then everyone viewing it will know where they got it from. I mean, TRQ could have just cut the mark out and been a total stealing dick. However, they didn't. But I'm sure that YOU of all people would know that ^_^.
