Man, I'd be happy to have one of those on my building. I love public art like that. There was a similar case to this where someone made question mark boxes like in Mario and placed them around town. Same thing happened--people thought they were bombs and the guy was arrested. People just need to chill the f*ck out.

In the Warhammer Fantasy Roleplay, 1s are actually great rolls for tests. For damage, not so much.
