Well, AdBlock just doesn't *show* you the ads; the code is still loaded. So wouldn't pay-per-page-load ads be unaffected? (Look at the page source and you can still see all the code.) Unless I'm wrong and it just skips the code entirely... But yeah just whitelist it, people. Max is getting tired of Mac & cheese and ramen! :(

Yes there is when you use Firefox and AdBlock. Right-click the image and select "Adblock remove map". Then right click it again and select "adblock image..." . Clikc OK and BOOM! No triangle anymore! :D (I'm using Adblock, not Adblock Plus, if that makes a difference.)
