icenine0, nothing I saw listed in your site or in your comments below is unconstitutional. there are safeguards all over the constitution that allow for what is going on. habeus corpus in particular, like you mentioned, "shall not be suspended, unless when in cases of rebellion or invasion the public safety may require it." i'm not condoning our government's actions, i'm just saying what they've done isn't technically "wrong."
