I think there is more than one goal, LikesMuscularGi. Of course Max wants to make money -- almost everybody wants to make money -- especially after spending large amounts of time working on ths site. "Pissing off digg users" doesn't make money, but it sure is funny -- and that's another goal of YTMND: to entertain.
You can't satirise. That was the point. I did not say you used what you did in error, but that it was ineffective and it simply failed. I also find it humourous how you say things like "get back to class asswipe" which is probably what some kid would say.
I'm sure a 3-year-old would agree with anyone if they were encouraged or told to so your point is not valid (the child would have an undeveloped understanding and so his view would not be his own due to age), unless you are trying to say that a 3-year-old will agree or disagree with almost anything assuming encouragement is given, but if you were doing this you would not be doing a very good job since you are putting spin on what your saying by not offering the other side of the coin (disagreement)
that you browse ytmnd is evident as you have signed up an account and reply on ytmnds giving a rating (and you have to view a site to give a rating). looking at these ytmnds in your spare time would suggest you are sad if you think the people that create them are sad
