Has anyone considered the possibility of a class-action lawsuit against ebaumsworld.com? It could represent anyone who has had their copyrights violated, whether from YTMND or other sites, and could very well put enough of a financial strain on them in the case of a favorable ruling for the content creators to put them under, if not drive them into bankruptcy. Of course this would depend on the amount of settlement but it would certainly be a huge blow to them and could even result in a court order for them to shut down their site. Just a thought.
