Wow... I must have seen that at least 5 times myself, and never caught it either. Wow... Ranks up there with some of the things in Rocko's Modern Life... (Chokey' Chicken, etc.)

Found it, the song is in a very uncommon dialect of finnish, it's called "Leva's Polka", by a quartet called "Loituma". Interestingly enough it topped the radio charts there for several weeks, unheard of for folk music.
