I think what is going on is that some people taken the original version and have kept resaving and reuploading it, and this continual process has caused compound corruptions to the clip as time goes on (like cancer.)<br /><br />Not all of them have it, but a few do. Probably just best at this point to create a new loop from the same time slice and upload it as a "stock" for others to use.
