You're mistaken. Splinter is standing on the fire escape outside of the window at the end of the scene... because, as is mentioned, he had been on the roof. I didn't steal anything from this site, I was simply watching the movie, laughed, and figured I'd make a YTMND. I did a search for 'Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles' and the closest thing I found was Donatello punching a clown from a scene earlier in the movie. If you're worried about similar content you should enter some relevant keywords into your YTMNDs.
