Cinco de Mayo is the day when San Lupe de Frijoles drove his pickup from Guadalajara and killed some cucarachas invading the jumping bean crop. To celebrate, they beat some French people with piņata beating sticks. This actually happened on May 4 at 3 in the afternoon, but it was too hot, so they did all this the next day. We Americans commemorate it by buying sh*tty Mexican beer and getting sloppy drunk. Current Mexicans celebrate by mowing my lawn.

Another interesting fact about tequila in general that it takes the average female 2 to 3 shots of it to think that flashing her breasts in a public bar is a great idea. And on Cinco de Mayo that is reduced to 1 shot of tequila and 2 strands of beads. I love drinking holidays :D
