It sounded like he said, "bottle-hot water," as in water that is heated to the accepted temperature usually associated with baby bottles. Am I just doing mental gymnastics or is his adjective, "bottle-hot"? Either way, you're overly reductive, as liberals tend to be. Why don't you pick apart all of Yogi Berra's quotes next and get the same 'humorous' result?
