As a Pollock, I write notes to myself so I remember to do them later. So I don't get what you're driving at. Of course it's easier to remember general concepts than it is to remember a speech. When I write my grocery list, I write down ketchup or cookies. I don't write down the brand. Anyway, I think you're saying she's stupid because she doesn't remember EVERYTHING but doesn't have the foresight to intentionally have it written out verbatim so she has to remember NOTHING. I unno. Seems to me that having your whole speech written in front of you is different than jotting down a few topics you wanna cover on your hand. In fact, you may say it's the opposite. And I'm glad you bring up high school since it's analogous. Teachers let you use notes for some tests, but they don't frequently let you have open-book tests. Although, I haven't been in high school for a decade so who knows what those pussies do now.
