While i hate this commercial with a firey passion, most of you seem to not understand it. He wasn't saying he was going to "tighten up the graphics" with a controller, he was saying "you need to tighten up the graphics" to whoever that lady was, presumeably his boss. He's just a lowly tester. Its still bollocks. If I was his boss, I would have been like "Uhh tighten up the graphics? Be more specific"
