I appreciate a good old school ytmnd, but this is uncreative. Unlike, eg, "Give me back my sun!" which has several layers of humor, this is flat, monodimensional and shallow. Unlike "You're the man now dog!", the audio is not inherently funny, nor it does not become any more funny by virtue of being infinitely looped, which is much of the peculiar appeal of ytmnds. Nor is the picture inherently funny. They are only very mildly funny, in a monodimensional way, when paired.
I choose to not vote on this. As someone wrote earlier, this isn't really creative, clever, revealing nor does it take things out of context. The Connery "YTMND" is funny because a Scottish knight is saying it. This is a song about the Duke of Earl, and here we have a pic of the Duke of Earl. However, maybe max doesn't want this to be any of the above, but since this doens't make a YTMND for ME, my hands are clean.
