not another one of these... look, there are some people who will go spouting off saying stuff 'belongs' to YTMND, and they're almost always wrong. The majority of us know we don't create actual images and things. What we do like to defend are things that are sacred to us, and that's what we were doing. We weren't claiming Happycat as our own, just defending him as a YTMND icon.
Heh heh. This sounds much like the discussion I was sharing with my associates this morning, although I saw it at SA first. I was going to make an Edison/Tesla comment but it is not relevant at this time. Fived because I almost made it and I like Happycat as itself not NEDM or Rude kitty. (Not to say I haven't laughed at NEDM)

Very good! although, and I don't know that much about it, but isn't it missing the point in that the issue about eBaums stolen content not just that that he stole it, but the fact that he uses it to make huge sums of money from advertising? Whereas the money made from YTMND goes entirely to keep the site running, unless I'm wrong.

Websites like myspace & ytmnd can be very much like games. None of it should be taken seriously. So whatever crazy sh*t happened, don't get emo and try to make YTMNDers feel bad for trashing some fools who deserved what was coming to them.

Do you know the name of the Russian Catfood company. I plan on sending them a letter about how "Rudekitty" has trademarked there spokeskitty. YTMND and SA never Trademarked it, and I dont even know if Baumen himself has Watermarked it (Im sure he has /sigh) but this is rediculous and anyway I can bring suffering to those who steal from happy cat and change his identity, Well... They shall pay.
Sadly you're being edgucated with wrong information, the first YTMND that was made stating the war was on clearly stated out that it is because they are attempting to trademark happy cat, and we wanted it to stay free, if I could find this YTMND I would post the link yet I can't because of idiots who keep posting stupid sh*t like this that contain wrong information and stupid idealistic bullsh*t.
