You're a f*cking idiot who buys into marketing terminology and hype. 1080p is 1080p. You can output 1080p (on the 360) to your television by component, VGA, or HDMI. All three of them provide a nearly identical picture, and generally only those who go over the picture specifically looking for minor differences will be able to tell that there's a difference.
And no sh*t HDMI takes audio as well as video, what the f*ck does that have to do with the picture? Did you include that to try to impress me or make others think you're knowledgeable about the topic? Mission failed. If you're not going to be smart enough to take my word for it, go look at the f*cking engadget article where they compared the two (component & HDMI) hookups. They found a few minor, almost unnoticeable differences in picture quality, and that's it.
